Music

Arbutus Roots

Arbutus Roots is a folk/rock group comprised of a group of very talented people: Ryan King – master of strings, Jordan Findlay – master of precussion, Matt Harder – master of crooning, Darian Pridham – master of slappin’ da bass, and Amoray Aloisi – master of ivories

Definitely a good time to watch in person, they’ve got great chemistry and on-stage presence. They regularly perform in Duncan BC’s “39 days of July” music festival, and they can be found at several pubs and bars on Vancouver Island for live shows.

Arbutus Roots – fun folky feels

Fun Fact: the Arbutus Roots music video “For The Other Ones” features friends and family of the band with bucket loads of love and my own stellar dance moves.

Alexis Corner

My long-time friend Alexis has been in the electronic music scene for well over a decade in several show-production roles and has recently tried her hand at creating her own mixes. You’d never guess she’s just starting her own productions, as the music has a professional fit and finish that comes from years as a Drum&Bass aficionado, and hard work behind the scenes.
